Join the fun of "May in the Park"


May in the Park funday this Sunday 28th May from 2-6pm

To help give summer a hurry-along, Ealing Council and the Northolt and Greenford Countryside Park Society have organised a community fun day on the banks of the beautiful Grand Union Canal.

'May in the Park' is an ideal way to spend a relaxing Sunday afternoon and has something to offer all ages.

Activities include face painting, a children's treasure hunt and maypole dancing.

There will also be guided walks, an orienteering competition and a dog show, where you're invited to parade your pooch.

Ealing Canoe Club, Willowtree Narrow Boat Trips, St Mary's Church cake stall, security marking of personal belongings by the police, the Women's Institute country market and the Fulham Brass Band will add to the festivities.

Come along to the wooden bridge joins Marnham Fields and Smith's Farm and join in the fun on the banks of the Grand Union Canal in the Northolt and Greenford Countryside Park.

Last year's 'May in the Park' attracted 500 visitors who enjoyed a great, local day out.
