News for Northolt from your local Labour Councillors
Elected Councillor for Northolt West End in May 2005, Bassam has lived in Northolt for most of his life. He attended St. Raphael's RC Primary, Northolt as a child and is currently a school governor there and Chair of Governors at Mandeville Special School.
